Often, this doesn't put the customers' interests first. Not so with us. We have been independent from our inception and are long-time members of The Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta (IBAA). History

Robinson Insurance Brokers Ltd. was originally established as the central & northern Alberta branch of the nationally recognized brokerage Dale & Company. Founded in 1859, Dale & Company was one of Canada’s most respected & established insurance brokerages.

In the late 1980s, like many companies, Dale & Company went through major corporate restructuring. Edmonton branch manager, Bryan Robinson, used his experience and industry knowledge to purchase the solid business and re-establish it as the independent brokerage Robinson-Dale Insurance Ltd. Through professionalism and a sincere caring for his clients' needs, Bryan shaped the company into one of the central Alberta's most respected independent brokerages.

In 2008 Daniel Robinson purchased the family brokerage renaming it "Robinson Insurance Brokers Ltd." As company President, Daniel has enabled his team to position Robinson Insurance Brokers Ltd. as leaders in brokering Commercial Insurance. Under his direction, his staff's excellent communication skills and ability for understanding customer requirements, set them apart in the field.

Backed by this strong heritage, Robinson Insurance Brokers Ltd. continues a firm mandate of providing excellent coverage and service with top quality insurers.
